The Power of One

Every year we like to remember the importance of paying it forward or random acts of kindness! We encourage everyone to play a part in making someones day just a little bit better. 

HOW IT WORKS:

• Give a $5 Starbucks card to a stranger or buy them a coffee or tea!
• It must be face-to-face, the goal is to interact with another person
• It must be random and to someone who looks like they are in need of something to brighten their day.

With a shortage of kindness and gratitude in the world, let's do something positive in the community ~ remember you are the Power of One!

WHO TO GIVE IT TO:

• Someone in need!
• It could be someone behind you in line at the grocery store or a stressed-out parent at Target. It can be a person you feel is in need—it's your choice.

WHAT TO SAY TO THE RECEIVER:

• Whatever feels natural!
• You can say, "Happy Monday,"or "Hello, I want you to have this small gift." Just remember to have fun.

THE REWARD:

• A smile from a stranger, the feeling you made someone's day. You get to make a positive impact in the world.
