Dylan Elkin is the Director for Lisa Kirshner Properties, a Top Ten Team in West Los Angeles. After a successful corporate career in marketing, Dylan became the Chief Operating Officer of an IT company before joining LKP. His passion for people drew him out of corporate high-rises and into homes. As a real estate advisor, his pronounced business skills and experience bring a tangible competitive advantage to his clients. A lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Dylan has established a reputation for building lasting relationships and for his vast, intricate understanding of the real estate market.

Dylan grew up on the Westside before attending Syracuse. After completing his degree at Loyola Marymount University, he specialized in marketing and advertising for companies like Red Bull and Pandora before landing a job with an IT company. As the General Manager and COO, he and his team were able to grow the company’s bottom line by over 600% in four years.

This experience informs his passion as the fourth generation of leaders in the family real estate business. Dylan sees the concept of home as sacred. His most fulfilling career has been educating and advocating for clients to build their wealth and future through real estate.

When he’s not talking real estate, Dylan and his wife enjoy a game of tennis before a good, old-fashioned burger.
