It's mostly residential but does have some dining and shopping along its main road, including some great dive bars and restaurants. Housing-wise, you'll find a mix of beach pads on the sand, large apartment complexes, and large single-family homes.
A word of warning: residents have to contend with noise from the nearby international airport.
