Don’t Forget—Property Taxes Due April 10th!
(first name), Have you paid your property taxes yet?
L.A. property taxes still due April 10th!
Hi [%first_name | Default Value%] -
We hope this email finds you and your family well. While we all adjust to these ever-changing new norms, we wanted to reach out and remind you one thing remains unchanged, Los Angeles homeowners are still required to pay their property taxes by April 10th.
So far, the state has not granted any reprieves, despite both federal and state lawmakers postponing the deadline for income taxes through July 15.
We understand this is a stressful time, especially for those suffering directly from this public health crisis, and our team is committed to helping in any way we can. We’ve provided some resources below on how to pay your taxes or request a penalty cancellation. The county may waive late penalties, if you're a property owner affected by the COVID-19 virus, but are reviewing these requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are able to pay, we encourage you to do so by April 10th.

Taxpayers can pay online, via telephone (213) 974-2111 or by mail to: Los Angeles County Tax Collector, P.O. Box 54018, Los Angeles, CA 90054-0018.
